Ashley Yunker, Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist

Hey there! I’m Ashley — a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist with a passion for helping you find balance, peace, and confidence in your relationship with food.

With over six years of experience in the eating disorder field, I’ve worked in everything from inpatient treatment centers to outpatient private practice. Now, as the owner of Aloe Nutrition Counseling, I focus on personalized, weight-inclusive care to help you feel at home in your own body—without fear, guilt, or restriction.

My approach? Compassionate, science-backed, and a little bit fun. Whether you’re looking for guidance on intuitive eating, meal planning, or just someone to help you navigate the tricky world of nutrition, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I offer a non-judgmental space and strive to meet clients where they are, wherever that may be, to work towards sustainable changes. I really enjoy my work in this space and consider myself a HAES-aligned, neurodivergent friendly, LGBTQ+ ally, non-diet dietitian.

Let’s work together to nourish your body and mind—because food is meant to be enjoyed, not feared!
